Train-the-Trainer Workshop in Athens, June 2024 kickstarts the Case implementation phase

The project partners gathered in Athens for an intensive Train-the-Trainer (TTT) workshop designed to prepare them for the upcoming case implementation phase. The session equipped participants with methods, mindsets, tools, and insights grounded in the project’s prototype methodology. The aim was to strengthen partners in their roles as facilitators within their own national contexts.

Key Outcomes of the TTT Workshop

• Collaborative input: Partners contributed insights from their Work Packages, sharing experiences, dilemmas, and methodological approaches.
• Mutual learning: The workshop fostered collective reflection and cross-partner learning, strengthening the project’s collaborative foundation.
• Hands‑on experience: Study visits in Athens provided practical examples and new inspiration for the upcoming implementation work.
